It depends on the complexity of the job and also our workload. In most cases we prefer to have a direct discussion with you before providing any formal response. In 80% of cases, we can have an indicative quotation to you within 72 hours of having had a discussion.
Again, it depends on the complexity of the job and also our workload at the time. If the requirements are relatively simple, and the ingredients and packaging are readily available, we can usually supply within 8-10 weeks of signing an agreement.
We require a brief formal Agreement that defines the scope of work to be undertaken and specifically, what we will take responsibility for. We will also provide you with a Confidentiality Agreement that protects your intellectual property rights as well as ours. Finally, our financial terms for all contract manufacturing work is 50% deposit on signing of an Agreement to proceed, with the remaining 50% due on collection (or dispatch) of the goods from our facility.
Yes. We have extensive experience in manufacturing, utilizing and incorporating herbal materials in products and also have a qualified Naturopath, Chinese Medicine expert and Formulation Chemist on staff. We have been contract manufacturing for over 15 years and are experts in handling liquids, ointments and creams.
Yes. Our facility is licensed by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) to manufacture herbal medicines. We are audited every two years (on average) by the TGA to retain this licence and employ extensive SOP’s and processes in our manufacturing standards.
Yes, we can undertake developmental work on your behalf but it depends on the nature of the work. In these cases we like to have a discussion with you early on in the process to ascertain if the project is within our scope of expertise and interest. Be aware that we do charge for developmental work, depending on its complexity, but we keep these charges at a minimum to cover our costs in anticipation of developing a future business.
Yes. We have experience in listing products onto the ARTG in Australia and can advise you in some detail on this process and its requirements. We can also provide expertise in the legal, regulatory and medical education areas through expert consultants that we utilize from time to time.
